حذف الحساب — تطبيق المصدر (Source Homeware)

يمكنك في أي وقت طلب حذف حسابك في «المصدر» وحذف بياناتك الشخصية المرتبطة به. هذه الصفحة توضّح الخطوات وما الذي يُحذف وما الذي قد يُحتفظ به.

كيفية طلب الحذف

من داخل التطبيق: حسابي → حذف الحساب، وستُوجَّه إلى هذه الصفحة.

لإتمام الطلب، تواصل معنا عبر إحدى الطريقتين وأرسل طلب الحذف:

يُرجى تضمين ما يلي للتحقق من هويتك:

ننفّذ الحذف خلال 7 أيام عمل كحدّ أقصى من التحقق من الطلب

ما الذي قد يُحتفظ به

قد نحتفظ بسجلات الطلبات والفواتير بصيغة مجهّلة لا تُعرّف بك للمدة اللازمة للأغراض المحاسبية والقانونية فقط. بعد الحذف لن يكون بالإمكان ربط هذه السجلات بك.

You can request deletion of your Al Masdar account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request deletion

In the app: Account → Delete Account (opens this page). To complete the request, contact us via:

Include your registered name and email/phone, and the sentence “I request deletion of my account and data.” We complete deletion within 7 business days of verifying the request.

What is deleted

Name, email, phone, saved delivery addresses, wishlist/cart, and login credentials (hashed password + session tokens).

What may be retained

Order/invoice records may be kept in anonymized form (no longer identifying you) for accounting/legal purposes only.

Account deletion is permanent and free of charge.
